Terms of sale

Prices are in US dollars and include no tax until it is calculated at checkout against your address. Michigan sales tax applies where required.

Placing an order on this site creates an order, not a payment. Card processing is not connected yet. You will receive one payment link for the exact total, and nothing ships until it is settled.

These are live perishable goods. Once a block has shipped it cannot be returned, because a mushroom block that has been in transit twice is no longer a product.

We reserve the right to hold an order and contact you when the weather on your route would damage the block.

Shipping

Blocks leave Grand Rapids Monday to Wednesday only. An order placed after 11am ET on a Wednesday ships the following Monday.

Ground is $9.50 and free over $75 and on every bundle. Express is $22. Overnight is $44 and runs Monday to Wednesday only.

We ship to all fifty states. Every product in the shop is a gourmet or functional culinary species with no restrictions and no age gate.

Delivery estimates are estimates. The dispatch day is the part we control and the part we commit to.

Replacements

Any block that arrives damaged, contaminated or dead is replaced. Photograph it, email help@tellymonstermyco.com with the order number within seven days, and do not open a contaminated bag.

You never have to post anything back. Returning a broken mushroom block to Michigan helps nobody and we will not ask you to.

A block that simply has not fruited yet is usually cold rather than dead. Give it another week somewhere warmer before writing to us, and then write to us.

Privacy

We store what an order needs: your name, email, phone if you gave one, shipping address and any note you added. That is it.

We do not sell, rent or share any of it. There is no advertising network on this site and no third party analytics.

The email list is restock notices only. Every message has an unsubscribe link and we do not run a drip sequence.

Ask us to delete anything we hold about you at help@tellymonstermyco.com and we will.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. Your basket is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh, and a promo code lives in session storage until you close the tab. Neither is sent anywhere except when you place an order.
